Modern Slavery Policy

Last updated: 19 February 2026

Festival Site Crews is committed to acting ethically, with integrity and transparency in all business dealings. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking.

1. Purpose

This policy sets out our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our own operations and throughout our supply chain. It applies to all people working for, with, or on behalf of Festival Site Crews.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Employees, workers, temporary staff, and contractors.
  • Agency partners and labour providers.
  • Suppliers, subcontractors, and service partners.

3. Our Commitments

  • We do not knowingly use forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.
  • We verify right-to-work and identity checks in line with legal requirements.
  • We expect suppliers and partners to meet equivalent ethical standards.
  • We investigate concerns promptly and take corrective action where required.

4. Recruitment and Working Practices

We aim to maintain fair recruitment practices, including clear role information, legal pay arrangements, and transparent terms for workers. We do not permit withholding of personal identity documents or coercive practices.

5. Supply Chain Expectations

We communicate this policy to suppliers and expect them to operate in compliance with applicable labour laws. Where risks are identified, we may request additional assurance, remediation actions, or terminate relationships.

6. Reporting Concerns

Any employee, worker, or partner who suspects modern slavery must report it immediately. Reports are treated seriously and investigated appropriately. Concerns can be raised by email at info@festivalsitecrews.com.

7. Governance and Review

Responsibility for this policy sits with Festival Site Crews leadership. This policy is reviewed periodically and updated when needed to reflect legal, operational, and supply chain changes.
